I had a distinguished visitor pay a state visit to Round Lake recently. Flat Stanley! This is a marvelous idea that kids around the world are doing and learning about the destinations that Mr. Stanley ends up in. His host for this trip was Trustee Sherry Perkowitz's daughter who requested I come meet with him.I found Mr. Stanley to be almost one dimensional in his thinking, he was quite quiet, and also frankly almost transparent! He did however have a big smile. I think he headed to Indiana for his next stop!
