Here is a copy of the budget slide show that the Finance Committee chaired by Trustee Sherry Perkowitz and Vice Chair Trustee Brian Brubaker along with Finance Director Steve Shields presented to the village board at a special meeting on the 9th of April. The highlights are in the slide show (just click your mouse on it). The Finance committee and Steve did an unreal job of producing a detailed and comprehensive budget. The village has taken huge steps forward in the budgeting process.
We walked through the various funds that the village has and discussed the major decision points we would have to make going forward. The budget passed last night at the board meeting.
