SWALCO Electronics Recycling Drive was Yesterday

Davis Clark our Public Works Director sent me an email and the above picture updating me on how much was collected during our SWALCO recycling drive.

"There are at least 40 PCs, a dozen printers, a dozen TVs and radios, coffee makers, bug zappers, DVD players, VCRs and a whole bunch of other things. We had 35 cars stop in and drop off as of 4pm with one hour left to go."

When we hired Davis this was one of the things that excited us about his vision for the position. So good job to all the Public Works staff who helped and of course all the residents who dropped things off as well!
