Last night was the culmination of the election season here in Round Lake. Two new trustees were sworn in Brian Brubaker (above left) and Bob Del Prato (above right), one current Trustee Don Newby, Village Clerk Jeanne Kristan and myself as Mayor. Leaving the board was Dale Multerer who had served one term as trustee. It was a nice night, as we had Judge Vicky Martin swear us in, and the village hall was packed with friends and family. We had a short meeting followed by a reception for everyone afterwards. Next week we are back to work!
