I was able to obtain the actual report used by the Illinois Facilities Board to deny Advocate's request to build a hospital at the corner of 120 and Wilson Road. Here is the report.Some of my more technical readers may enjoy delving into this. I am tempted to use the document to attempt to reproduce the results with more accuracy!
