One of the really nice things the Round Lake High School does each year is host roughly 250 sailors from the Great Lakes Naval Training Base at the High School for a holiday dinner.The event is run by the National Honor Society, they cook a meal and entertain the sailors. This marvelous opportunity to volunteer or just stop by and say thanks happens December 16th from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
