We took a big step forward with the Transportation summit yesterday! There were about 130 attendees and a very bipartisan spirit of cooperation. The good news was and is, that the 120 bypass has emerged as the "big" project that we are all going to support.However we heard that the road forward is going to be tough, the average 4 lane cross section of highway is $12 to 15 million dollars per mile. I would name names of the people that I saw but this entry would get way to long. The best news was 11 of the 12 members of the Lake County state delegation were on hand!
