Today is my annual (sort of) trip to the Illinois municipal League Annual Conference. Sometimes they have good programs sometimes not. In five years I have gone once, there are some good programs this year so I am going to them and that's pretty much it. The usual highlight for me is the trade show floor which always has some interesting things on display that make you think.
