Busy day! I had two speeches at the two memorials in Round Lake. I walked the entire route with my drivers, and volunteers. (My golf cart driver is Daniel Rude whose parents bought the right to drive my golf cart in the parade for the third straight year as a fund raiser for village school). After the ceremonies I went to the American Legion to talk to the members for awhile, and then it was off to three area picnics to talk and smooze! Plus eat some excellent burgers!
